By implementing and maintaining our safety and risk management systems we ensure all aspects of our operations are monitored and reviewed consistently and that our performance indicators and targets are measurable and consistent.

Our aim is to support and train our staff in every area of their operations and encourage a culture that is committed to providing quality service and adding real benefit to all concerned.
It is our intentions to communicate effectively with our clients and customers and in the process, meet and exceed their expectations by continuously looking to value add in each area of service we provide.

Cater Care Services recognises that Risk Management is an integral part of good management practice. Cater Care Services is committed to achieving best practice in the area of Risk Management and will apply its principles and practices throughout all areas of business. Risk Management requires a detailed, whole of business strategy which encompasses financial, operational and technical areas with the focus on the Health and Safety of its primary assets.
Objectives
- The main policy objectives for managing risk are to:
- Assist Cater Care Services in achieving strategic objectives.
- Safeguard Cater Care Services' assets: People, financial, property and information.
- Support an environment where all staff assumes responsibility for Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Managers and staff at all levels are responsible for developing an understanding of, and becoming competent in the implementation of Risk Management principles and practices in their work areas.
- Cater Care Services' Directors are committed to following the objectives of this policy and encouraging the commitment throughout the organisation.
