Senior Marketing Manager
Cater Care Group is a rapidly growing, quality driven organisation which operates in the catering and accommodation service industries. We are providing services throughout Australia with a diverse range of contracts including construction and mining sites, retirement living and age-care facilities, universities and colleges, boarding schools, industrial, and corporate cafeterias.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This newly created position will be based at our QLD office in Stones Corner and offers an outstanding opportunity for a senior level person to play a vital role in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the national marketing function.
- Strategically develop and implement innovative and targeted B2B marketing strategies.
- Manage the brand image across internal and external networks.
- Develop promotional material and graphic layouts for tendering documents, proposals, presentation boards, brochures, fliers, website and point of sale material.
- Liaise as appropriate with advertising firms and develop advertisements for specialised media (e.g. magazines, trade papers, etc.).
- Coordinate with our sales, and operations groups to facilitate marketing functions (e.g. PR and industry trade shows).
- Develop and analyse market and competitor offerings, and recommend marketing solutions to grow market share.
- Develop, coach, and manage your team.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget.
To be successful in this role we require the following experience, qualifications, and skills:
- Proven B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to manage all operational aspects of the marketing function and to demonstrate your experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously and able to influence at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and enjoy working with an entrepreneurial team.
- Exhibit strong awareness of marketplace & competitor behaviour.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- A tertiary qualification and a minimum of five years success preferably within the catering, accommodation management, or other similar industry.
