Experienced Chef Bootu Creek NT
An experienced Chef for Remote Camp Facilities Catering is required.
- Must have experience in all catering aspects of a 150 man camp
- Must be able to follow and implement all daily catering requirements for a full kitchen operation
You will be part of a small team that works together to support the entire site operations, but must take responsibility for your performance and productivity. - Need to have experience in Safety, HACCP
- Need to have excellent customer skills with the ability to be flexible and be able to plan residents’ catering requirements in advance
- You need to be a team person and follow the direction of both site and relief managers
- Must be able to maintain a high standard of variety, presentation and quality at all times
- You will be required to adhere to the catering standards as set by the Company Executive Chef incorporating cooking methods and food presentation
- You need to have excellent work ethics, time management skills and be prepared to assist other kitchen staff in maintaining cleaning schedules
This position requires you to utilise your time management skills to incorporate the daily site catering requirements.
Commencement will be in 2 weeks, however all medicals and Police clearances are required before site entry is approved.

Experienced Remote Chef for Pine Creek NT
An Experienced Remote Chef Required For Leading Remote Catering Company.
Location is 2 hours from Darwin within a Town environment.
- Must have experience in all catering aspects of a 120 man camp
- Controlling budgets both Food & Labour, for full kitchen operations with fortnightly stock take reporting
This position requires you to utilise your time management skills to incorporate the daily site catering requirements. - This is a 120 man camp so staffing is in line with residents numbers
- A salary will be structured in line with the Client’s contract operational services
- Rosters will be 2 weeks on 1 week off
- Point of hire is Darwin or Adelaide
- Current drivers license required
- Current references are required, with an interview
- A full medical is required prior to employment
- Single, ensuite accommodation is provided
