Our Team

The directors of Cater Care Services have, as a collective group, been the architects of many of the major remote site and defence projects that have occurred in Australia in the last 20 years. Their numerous years of experience in providing services to the remote site and industrial market both locally and overseas, puts them in a unique position to manage even the largest or most diverse projects with ease.

Ian Campbell

Ian is a Director of Cater Care Services and has a Diploma of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Logistics. He is also a member of The Australian Institute of Management.

Ian brings a wealth of experience in logistics, services disciplines and training from his extensive experience obtained in the Australian Army Transport Corps which included service in South Vietnam , Thailand and Papua New Guinea.

Ian has held senior positons with such companies as Mayne Nickless and Allied Pickfords where he served as National Operations Manager.

In 1992 Ian transferred his skills to the catering industry assuming management of the Victorian, South Australian, Western Australian, Northern Territory and Southern New South Wales contracts for Fisher Catering, one of Australia 's largest contract catering companies.

In 1999 Ian and his partners saw the opportunity to develop a new and exciting service solution to the contract and retail catering industry, and to that end created Cater Care Australia Pty Ltd.

Jeff Hayes

Cater Care Services' Chief Operations Officer is Jeff Hayes. Jeff has in excess 25 years experience in the service industry specialising in the provision of Hospitality, Catering, Janitorial, Facilities and Infrastructure Management Services to the Mining and Resource, Construction, Health Care, Education and Defence sectors.

During this period he has held senior positions such as Group General Manager Australia and PNG, Vice President Asia Pacific and CEO Asia with some of the worlds leading service companies. Jeff has a proven track record in business development and operations, which includes substantial experience in the Asia Pacific region consisting of Australia , PNG , South East Asia, Indonesia, China , Philippines and East Timor.

His experience in dealing with major Construction, Resource Companies, Institutions and Government Agencies allows him to identify solutions and position Cater Care Services competitively and professionally in this specialized and demanding market.

SK Tam

SK Tam as the Chief Executive and Financial Officer of Cater Care Services is responsible for the financial and accounting systems of the company.

SK, with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Fellowship with the Australian Society of CPA's, is the key person to ensure the proper development of the company's internal control, system development, capital structure and administrative efficiency.

SK has an extensive background in senior accounting positions in the Asia-Pacific region. More specifically in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia , Singapore , Thailand , Philippines , Indonesia , Hong Kong , Taiwan and Korea.

SK, after an extensive period with a major pharmaceutical company, redirected his skills to the catering industry in 1991. As Financial Controller of one of Australia 's largest caterers, SK contributed to building the company to an annual turnover of $70million and following the sale of the company, he assumed responsibility for the merged group as CFO.

SK, a Founding Director of Cater Care, formed Cater Care Australia in 1999 with the aim of providing a personalised catering service for clients and customers.

SK is also a Director of various other companies and has substantial investments in shopping centres, commercial properties and residential property development.
