We have developed a self-service buffet (hotel style) facility whereby both quantity and daily variety have been addressed as the main requirements.

This unique service is provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner as required and gives us the ability to provide variety, quality and quantity. Other innovative ideas interfaced with this meal service include regular theme nights, formal dinners and students' choice nights.

In order to develop the dining room into a true entertainment and dining facility with an atmosphere of relaxation, we can provide the latest technology in audio visual and IT entertainment that meet the demands and expectations of our future services.

In addition to the provision of catering, we provide services of cleaning, laundry and maintenance on a fixed and variable charge basis. This ensures the client is only charged for services as required, with cleaning and maintenance schedules agreed to on an annual basis.
