Operations Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to manage our South Australian portfolio.You must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience in managing aged care sites.
* Trade qualifications (Commercial Cookery).
* Commitment to food quality and safety.
* Training, mentoring and development skills.
* Knowledge of food safety systems and site auditing.
* Ability to manage food and labour costs.
* Ability to manage a large team.
* Exceptional communication skills with customers, employees and management.
* Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic.
Responsibiltiies of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Adherence to operating budgets.
* Form and maintain relationships with staff, clients and colleagues.
* Human resource and employment relations, including recruitment and performance management.
* Competency in working with financial data and analysis.
* Stock control and stocktakes.
