Chef
We currently have an opportunity for a Chef in the Curl Curl area.Rotating roster over Friday to Sunday 7.00 am to 5.30 pm.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Commitment to food quality and safety
- Previous contract catering experience
- Knowledge of food safety systems
- Ability to manage food and labour costs
- Exceptional communication skills with customers, employees and management
- Ability to lead a small team
- Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on cooking and management
- Team management
- Cash handling and banking
- High customer service standards at all times
- Exceptional customer service
